Problems Only Girls With Big Boobs Can Understand

There’s a lot to be said about big breasts. Yes, the media keep telling everyone that the bigger the better. Push up bras exist for the sole purpose of making your boobies look bigger and better. A lot of women strive for this “ideal” and quite a few get implants. But is it worth it? It’s hard to tell. We all strive to have something we don’t have.

Girls with smaller chests sometimes want to have a double D cup, while the owners of those double D would gladly agree to have a B cup. While I’m quite happy with my larger-than-B-cup-sized breasts; I do see how big boobs come with their own set of annoyances and disadvantages. Here’s some I remembered just off the top of my head.

1. Finding a button down that will fit perfectly and look flattering is pretty much impossible. You either have to get a huge size to accommodate your boobs and end up looking rather boxy, or if it fits everywhere else, those buttons on your chest are hanging on for dear life where they are threatening to blast off across the room.

2. V-neck shirts look good but also sexy on you, but you can never pull off that casual “urban outfitters” look. I constantly feel jealous of my friends with smaller chests who never have to worry that a simple V-neck will make them look like they’re trying too hard.

3. T-shirts with a cute print on them are not for you. There’s absolutely no way you can have a nice print on your chest. It’ll stretch out so much, it will be unrecognizable. Plus, wearing something with a print will just bring unwanted attention to your boobs.

4.Speaking of unwanted attention. Everyone is always staring at your breasts, or commenting on their size. You never asked for this, but there’s nothing you can do about it. The worst thing is when people try to pass that off as a compliment.

5. Messenger bags are your worst enemy. If you wear them properly – they look like a boob divider. That’s never a good look. But when you try to wear them so that the strap goes above your boobs – it threatens to choke you and, let’s face it, it just looks stupid.

6. Same with seatbelts in cars. There’s just no way of looking good or feeling comfortable with that huge seat belt across your chest. Sometimes I genuinely think that my boobs have more chances of protecting me in case of a car crash then the seat belt. (lol, just kidding, car safety is important)

7. You can’t run down the stairs comfortably. The amount of jiggling that takes place is insane. You have two options here. Either holding onto your boobs with your hands to stop the jiggling or just, you know, not running down the stairs.

8. Speaking of running, that’s uncomfortable too. In fact any kind of exercise, especially cardio, requires super strong sports bras. Yes, I said bras, plural. There’s no way one sports bra can give the amount of support that’s needed for big boobs. You usually need at least 2, sometimes 3. And finding one that will actually fit properly is a whole other problem. Doing push ups is ridiculous, you can’t go very low, because your boobs get in the way. Don’t even get me started on yoga, downward dog pose threatens with suffocation by boobs.

9. Bra’s in general are a challenge. Not because you don’t like them, in fact, most girls with big boobs love bras. They’re our best friends. But finding a nice looking one seems impossible. All the pretty ones either only come in small sizes, or even if they do come in a bigger size, offer absolutely no support. So we’re left with very plain looking bras in the best case scenario, or awful grandma ones in the worst case.

10. Strapless dresses are not an option. There’s just no way a strapless dress will stay in place. You constantly have to pull it up, or adjust your boobs. They also make you look way too inappropriate, even though that’s not the look you’re going for.

11. Pretty much anything you wear will look way more sexy than you want it too. It doesn’t matter if you’re wearing a casual t-shirt and comfy jeans or, a flannel shirt or a casual dress, someone will still comment that you look too “sexy”. If you actually choose to wear a sexy evening dress – someone is bound to say that’s inappropriate or vulgar.

12.Your back hurts. You know how all women can’t wait to go home to take of the bra? Girls with big boobs can relate to that, but we also just want to lie down, so our back can stop hurting after all that heavy lifting we had to do all day, lugging these boobs everywhere.

13. You can’t really complain, because you’ll just sound like you’re humble-bragging.

I think that’s enough for today. This is a very short list of everyday problems girls with big boobs have to deal with. Feel free to add your own suggestions in the comments, so we can all relate. But remember, even though having big boobs is tricky, we still love it.

Groundbreaking Research Shows What Really Happens When You Crack Your Knuckles

I’ve been cracking my knuckles and p*ssing off my mum for as long as I can remember but I’ve never really known what the hell it is I’m doing to myself… until now.

In the first ever study of its kind, researchers were able to simulatenously record audio and visual evidence of a knuckle cracking.

There were 17 women and 23 men between 18 and 63 years old all examined using ultrasound imaging as they attempted to crack their knuckles.

“It's extremely common for joints to crack, pop and snap. We were interested in pursuing this study because there's a raging debate about whether the knuckle-cracking sound results from a bubble popping in the joint or from a bubble being created in the joint,” said Robert Boutin, Professor of radiology at the University of California.

Orthopaedists who didn’t know the participants’ knuckle-cracking history then evaluated each person for grip strength and range of motion both before and after the ultrasound.

Using a transducer, a sonographer recorded video images of the participants cracking their knuckles.

“What we saw was a bright flash on ultrasound, like a firework exploding in the joint. It was quite an unexpected finding,” continued Professor Boutin.

According to Professor Boutin, there had been several theories over the years about what happens in a joint when it cracks. But now they’re confident that the bright flash and the cracking sound are related to the pressures associated with a gas bubble in the joint.

Despite making a huge leap in research, further tests are needed to determine whether the cracking sound or the flash of light come first.

Physical examinations show no immediate pain or swelling when knuckle-cracking and there is no difference in laxity or grip strength following a knuckle crack.

“We found that there was no immediate disability in the knuckle crackers in our study, although further research will need to be done to assess any long-term hazard - or benefit - of knuckle cracking,” Professer Boutin concluded.

Try and explain that to mum next time she tells you off about it.

Is Female Viagra Right For You?

Libido-boosting pills may soon be available to older women. Should you buy in?

Imagine you could increase your desire with a simple pink pill. Imagine that months or years of sexual indifference could end, thanks to a prescription purchased for about the same price as Viagra. Imagine skipping the aphrodisiacs and well-meaning but useless advice of friends and bedroom "experts." Imagine wanting your partner again.

Now, imagine the purported side effects of that pill include drowsiness, nausea, and fainting. Imagine it’s a daily medication, and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) says you shouldn’t drink alcohol while you’re on it. Imagine that it’s clinically shown to increase satisfying sexual events (SSEs) 0.5 to 1 times per month. Imagine that, to take it, you should have been experiencing dissatisfaction for at least six months and it can’t be a result of relationship issues, medications, and pre-existing psychiatric or medical problems.

As of last month, that pill is here.

On October 17, 2015, flibanserin (brand name Addyi), sometimes referred to as "Female Viagra," hit shelves for the first time. While it’s not currently available to women after menopause, "[parent company] Sprout’s priorities would be to get it approved next for postmenopausal women," according to CEO Cindy Whitehead in The New York Times.

So, Female Viagra is most likely coming for you. But is it worth it?

A Little Background

First things first: Female Viagra isn’t Viagra at all. "Viagra works on blood flow," says Dr. Bat Sheva Marcus, Clinical Director and Co-Founder of Maze Women’s Sexual Health in New York. "Flibanserin works on the brain, changing the brain chemistry that affects desire." In essence, the drug balances neurotransmitters norepinephrine, dopamine, and serotonin, all partially responsible in women’s arousal. The result, at least some of the time, is increased excitement.

Despite that ostensible benefit, flibanserin’s road has been a rocky one. "It was initially tested as an anti-depressant before researchers realized there was a libido effect," says Dr. JoAnn Pinkerton, Executive Director of the North American Menopause Society. Concerned by side effects, the FDA rejected it in 2010 and again in 2013, at which point Sprout helped establish an advocacy group called Even the Score to push its approval. The group positioned the drug as a specific response to a diagnosable ailment—Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder (HSDD)—as well as a leap forward for feminism. In August 2015, flibanserin went in front of the FDA one more time. This time, it passed.

Supporters, including the National Organization for Women and the American Sexual Health Association, were thrilled. Finally, women suffering from a very real, emotionally devastating condition could boost their libidos with a prescription—no small victory in a country where every FDA-approved sexual enhancement drug is intended for men. What’s more, even if flibanserin didn’t help everyone, it paved the way for better medications down the line.

Detractors, on the other hand, were less than impressed. They argued that harmful side effects and a multitude of stipulations outweighed flibanserin’s advantages—not to mention the pill didn’t seem to work very well. One group of 100 doctors, nurses, psychiatrists, and sexologists even wrote the FDA, arguing the drug passed thanks to, "a confusing scientific picture and the interference of 'Even the Score,' a carefully orchestrated public relations campaign initiated by the makers of flibanserin and other companies with sexual pharmaceuticals in the pipeline."

Either way, it’s here. Addyi hit pharmacies near you in mid-October, backed by a subdued marketing campaign, muffled while Sprout looks to ensure the pill’s safety. Sales numbers are being tabulated as we speak, and similar medications are coming down the pike soon. "They’ve been testing a few different drugs," says Dr. Marcus. "There are three or four in the pipeline."

Flibanserin and the Post-Menopausal Woman

In the meantime, Sprout is studying Addyi's effects on older women, whose sex drives can be diminished by the usual culprits—depression, rocky relationships, health problems, and stress—but also issues specific to menopause like hormone shifts, hot flashes, and vaginal discomfort. "For postmenopausal women, we worry about vaginal atrophy," says Dr. Pinkerton. "Do they have a thinning of a lining of the vagina, so that sex has become painful?" Once those issues are taken into account, "For the women who truly seem to have an imbalance in their serotonin and dopamine and are having stress about their libido, I would certainly consider it," she says.

Early test results are promising, too. In a 2014 study published in the journal Menopause, researchers found that flibanserin, "has been associated with improvement in sexual desire, improvement in the number of SSEs, and reduced distress associated with low sexual desire, and is well tolerated” by women after menopause. That could be good news for the right person, if Addyi is approved for this age group by the FDA.

"The best candidate," says Dr. Pinkerton, "has to be someone willing to go on the medication, give it the eight weeks to work, and understands that the benefits are modest." She adds, "However, if you’re a patient who hasn’t had sex in a year, and you now have successful sex once a month—that’s a win."

In some situations, it’s already being prescribed off-label. "We are absolutely using it on postmenopausal women," says Dr. Marcus, though it’s always accompanied by other forms of therapy. "It depends on the circumstances," she says. "It’s depends on what the woman wants, and how well she responds to it. And in any of those cases, we would also do behavioral or psychological intervention."

Despite the hurdles, many experts remain hopeful about Addyi after menopause. "Do women need options? Yes. Does it have to be a medication? Not necessarily. But if this were to work for women, it would give us an option," says Dr. Pinkerton. Because ultimately, "Women deserve to have non-painful, enjoyable sex no matter what the age."

Natural Ways to Tighten and Lift-up the Breasts

Having perfectly shaped breasts is every woman’s dream. Unfortunately, most of the time, this is impossible. There is a natural process, breast sagging, which unavoidably occurs along with aging and causes breasts to lose their elasticity and suppleness. Sagging breasts can seriously weaken women’s self-esteem making them feel less attractive to the opposite sex. However, discovering the causes for saggy breasts and addressing this issue proactively can prove quite beneficial.

Breasts have no muscles, but consist of fat, connective tissues and mammary glands, so they require constant care in order to stay well-shaped. Breasts usually start sagging after 40, but in many cases it starts even earlier. Different studies confirm that in late thirties, female skin becomes loose and starts to give signs of aging. This is particularly true of the breasts, especially if the woman has had a pregnancy, states the Oregon Institute of Breast Health Education.

Sagging breasts are not only caused by age and pregnancy. Other factors, such as menopause, nutritional deficiencies, strenuous exercise, rapid weight loss or gain, over-tanning, smoking, and wearing a poorly fitting bra, can also influence breast shape.

How to Prevent Sagging Breasts Naturally

Although it is a common belief that breastfeeding causes ptosis (medical term for drooping), a 2008 study published by the Aesthetic Surgery Journal stated that breastfeeding is not a risk factor. The root cause lies in pregnancy, because weight gain in pregnancy causes ligaments to stretch thus leading to drooping later. Maintaining a relatively healthy weight gain in pregnancy can help minimize this issue.

Sagging can also be caused by breast cancer or respiratory conditions such as tuberculosis. In addition, this issue is aggravated by excessive consumption of nicotine, alcohol and carbonated beverages.

Various anti-sagging and breast-toning lotions and ointments are offered on the market. But, if you are more inclined to natural methods, try these simple home remedies.

Firming your breasts

You can regain the firmness of your breasts by doing regular pectoral exercises, using masks, essential and plant oils or simply massaging.

Maintaining optimal weight

If you frequently struggle with weight gain and loss and fail to maintain constant optimal weight, it will subsequently have a negative impact on your breasts as your skin especially that covering your breasts, loses its suppleness when stretched. Furthermore, losing weight implies losing breast fat which happens at a faster rate compared to fat reduction on other parts of the body. After continual stretching, your skin sags in time.

Drinking a lot of water

The skin is made of cells which mostly contain water, according to experts from the University of Wisconsin Hospitals. If the body is deficient in water, i.e. if the skin doesn’t obtain the needed amount of water, it becomes dull, flaky and dry. Lack of water leads to early aging of the breast skin as well, making it less firm and saggy.

Nutrition & Exercise

A combination of healthy food and exercise is the ideal way to lose weight and at the same time maintain your skin supple. Radical weight loss in short time inevitably impacts your breast firmness. Even inappropriate weight can cause beast sagging.

In order to avoid saggy breasts it’s vital to consume food that is nutritionally rich i.e. abundant in protein (protein deficiency leads to breast muscles losing their firmness and suppleness!), vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates and essential fats. Nutritional insufficiencies generally cause drooping of breasts as breast growth is dependent on nutrients. Foods that should be on your daily diet list are tomatoes, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, cabbages, onions, garlic etc.

Pomegranate

An excellent anti-aging fruit, pomegranate is efficient in the prevention of breast sagging. Pomegranate seed oil is rich in phytonutrients whichmaintain breast suppleness.

Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera, an incredible plant abounding in antioxidants, prevents the negative influences of free radicals and stimulates breast firmness. With its inherent skin-tightening characteristics, aloe vera is an excellent tool to fight sagging breasts. Apply some aloe vera gel to your breasts and massage it gently in circular motion for 10 minutes. Let it stay on your skin for another 10 minutes, then rinse it with cold water. Do this 4-5 times per week for the desired effect.

Home Remedies for Firm Breasts

Breast exercise

As breasts are made of fat, there is no breast muscle to tone or tighten. But, according to Anne Taylor, MD, a clinical assistant professor of plastic surgery at Ohio State University, chest exercises enhance the appearance of your pectoral area by strengthening surrounding ligaments, which makes your breasts look perkier.

Push-ups are the easiest and most beneficial exercise for breast firmness because they strengthen the pectoral muscles below the breasts. Generally, they help shape your breasts and reduce the fat deposits surrounding the chest. Pectoral muscles can also be tightened by lifting weights, curls, chest presses, dumbbell flys or any other type of exercise that has an effect on your muscles.

Breast masks

Breast masks act in the same way as face masks – they help tighten the skin. Using breasts masks at least once a week can lead to desired results.
Vitamin E oil & Egg breast mask

Make a mixture of:

1 tbsp. of plain Yogurt
1 tbsp. vitamin E oil
1 egg

Instructions:

Apply the mixture on your breast and rub it in gently.

Leave it on for about 30 minutes.

Wash it off with cold water.

Massage

Use coconut or olive oil for breast massage 2-3 times a week in order to stimulate firmness and boost skin suppleness, but also to enhance skin tone and texture. Massage increases blood flow by drawing blood to the skin surface and activates muscle boost and cell renewal at the same time, thus reducing the appearance and severity of saggy breasts.

Ice massage

Breast firmness can be obtained by practicing ice massages as ice helps tone the skin surrounding your breasts. Rub a couple of ice cubes on your breasts in wide circular motions. You can also massage your breasts in the same way using crushed ice in a zip lock bag wrapped in a cloth, but no longer than a minute so that you avoid breast numbness.

Plant oils

You can also tone your breast skin and tissues by having breast massages with vegetable oils like coconut, olive or grape seed oil. All of these, including almond oil, are highly beneficial for nourishing breast skin and maintaining its firmness. To get the desired effect, mix the vegetable oil with two drops of any essential oil before applying it on your breasts.

Essential oils

Essential oils are known for their effect on skin cell rejuvenation. Skin suppleness and firmness can easily be recovered by using essential oils like fennel seed oil, spearmint oil, carrot oil, lemongrass oil and cypress oil. In order to tone the skin surrounding your breasts, massage them with any of these oils at regular daily intervals. Be careful to use only small amounts of these oils, two drops will suffice, as they can burn the skin.

Avoid these sagging triggers:

There are a number of triggers potentially causing sagging breasts that need to be dodged. They are:

Smoking & over-tanning

A 2008 study reveals the negative impacts of smoking on breast firmness. This is also true of tanning, poor nutrition, high-fat diet or any other bad lifestyle habit that causes skin’s collagen deterioration.

Wrong sized or poorly fitting bras

Poorly fitting bras is as unfavorable for breast firmness as wearing no bra at all. What prevents sagging is choosing bras with special support holders or pads at the bottom of the cup.

Is going braless beneficial for your breasts?

According to the findings of a recent study of 15 years conducted in France (the study, however, does not imply breast size), bras not only lack benefits for women, but may also be harmful in the long run. Jean-Denis Rouillon, a professor at the University of Franche-Comté in Besançon, claims that “Medically, physiologically, anatomically, the breast does not benefit from being deprived of gravity.”

What professor Rouillon did was measure and examine the breasts of over 300 women, aged 18 and 35, concentrating on the long-term body effects that additional support provided by bras has. In the end he concluded that women who did not wear bras developed more muscle tissue which provided natural breast support, thus benefiting in the long run. The professor also observed that the nipples of braless women took a higher position in relation to their shoulders. Finally, the study indicated that the restrictive materials of bras inhibit the muscle tissue of breasts from growing, which actually advances breast sagging.

Rouillon, however, warned of the danger to advise all women to dispose of their bras because the study is not comprehensive. The professor added that women who have worn bras for decades are less likely to benefit from the above-mentioned recommendations.

How to End Your Period in 3 Days

Method 1 of 3: Slow or Stop Your Flow

1. Take Ibuprofen. Take one dose three or four times a day, being careful not to exceed the maximum dosage for any 24-hour period. For most women, this will help mitigate the pain of a period, and can reduce flow by about 50%. However, some women find that ibuprofen stops their period altogether.

While Ibuprofen has very few side effects, it is possible to overdose. Consult your doctor before taking large amounts of ibuprofen or using it for an extended period of time.

2. Drink a lot of water. This will flush things through your body faster and can help lighten your flow.

3. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Eating healthily is always better for you, but consuming more fruits and vegetables than normal can lighten your period and make it easier on you.

Green beans in particular have been shown to help lighten or stop your period.
Some women also find that sucking on a piece of lemon can temporarily stop their period.

4. Drink vinegar. Mix two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar into a cup of water. Drink this home remedy three times a day for best results.

5. Drink gelatin. Mix a packet of gelatin with water and drink it quickly. This can stop your period for about three hours.

6. Use herbal remedies. Angelica root, tea made from fresh or dried raspberry leaves, lady mantle, garden sage, and shepherd's purse are all thought to help stop or lighten menstruation.

7. Take a bath or shower. Your period can temporarily stop in water, although it will likely start again shortly after you leave the water.

8. Use menstrual cups to hide your period. Menstrual cups fit just above the cervix and, like tampons, prevent any fluid from escaping. However, where a tampon absorbs blood, a menstrual cup simply catches it. You can leave one in place for up to twelve hours, effectively hiding -- and for all intents and purposes stopping -- your period for that time.

9. Going swimming. Often the water in the pool stops the flow of your period.

Method 2 of 3: Speed Up Your Flow

1. Get some heat. Heat encourages the "fluids" to leave your body faster. Apply a heat pack to your abdominal area.

2. Massage your uterus area. This will help reduce the pain of cramps, and it encourages your body to literally 'get things moving'. You might prefer to do this in the comfort and privacy of your own bathroom or bedroom.

3. Have $ex. Orgasmic contractions will push the fluids out of your body faster, helping you get through your period more quickly. Make sure both you and your partner are okay with the possibility of things getting a little messy first. Lay a towel down under you or have $ex in the shower to minimize mess and clean-up.

Method 3 of 3: Long-term Options

1. Discuss a long-term option with your doctor. To stop periods for around 1-2 years, you can get an injection called Depo-Provera. This is an injected that you receive on a regular basis from your GP.

There are surgical options available to permanently stop periods. These include a hysterectomy, the removal of the womb, and endometrial ablation, the removal of the endometrial lining of the uterus. These surgeries can be dangerous and can make pregnancy complicated or impossible, so consult a doctor before deciding to undergo surgical options.

2. Get fit. Exercise is vitally important in general, and being physically fit will make your periods shorter and lighter. This is a great way shorten your period in a way that's sustainable and even beneficial over a long time.

3. Use birth control. Birth control pills often call for 21 days of contraceptive pills followed by a week of placebo pills. You will get your period during that one week. Hormonal contraceptives are a safe and effective way to regulate your menstruation, especially for women who suffer painful or excessively heavy periods.

If you need to skip a period, you can do so by simply skipping the placebo pills and continuing with the actual contraceptives. This can have unpredictable or unpleasant side effects, so consult your doctor before doing so.
Oral contraceptives are available by prescription only. Discuss your needs with your doctor before and during your time on the pill.

Wife Saves Her Husband From A Deep Bloody Cut That Could Take His Life!

Caution: This post contains blood. Parcels and bunches of blood

In an event where somebody gets harmed in your home, would you have the capacity to perform a life-sparing medical aid? We must stay brave while providing First Aid, yet many would be pointless in a genuine crisis. This is a narration of a lady's fast activities; something that very spared her spouse's life.

The fortunate man shared his story on the web, and it began like this:

"I was running out the entryway for work, I was excessively lazy, making it impossible to go after the entryway. The handle pushed our tempest entryway on the upper glass segment. The entryway was on the hook (which it never does) and my arm went directly through. I cut my bicep and brachialis muscles into equal parts and essentially every vein other than the supply route."

She patiently helped with urgent care. The First Aid kit was helpful in this scary event.
"My wife tied a tourniquet around my arm and passing held my arm to endeavor to stop the draining while calling 911. My wife said she could see the bone when the paramedics were assessing it."

Another view of the accident zone

During the accident, a lot of blood dropped on the floor that made the accident too bloody and creepy as well.
If the lady wouldn't have handled the situation, her husband would have died due to excessive bleeding.

First Aid Kit always acts as an instant help in critical situations like this.
Be Safe! Try to maintain a habit of stocking a First Aid Kit.

Surprising Vaginal Birth And C-Section Differences. Which one is better?

Giving birth is really an unbelievable and cherished moment in a woman's life and with it comes both pleasure and anxiety. An expecting lady starts researching about the labour, labour pains, delivery methods and what not!

A woman can deliver her baby by either the Vaginal method commonly known as the normal delivery or by the C-Section delivery i.e Cesarean delivery. Both of them have their own pros and cons. While in most cases vaginal delivery is the most natural and uncomplicated way to deliver a baby, more and more women are opting for Cesarean Sections. Let us have a look at both the procedures.

This is how the microbiology comes to action.

The microorganisms derived from the vaginal pathway leads to the production of specific cytokines, which promotes the normal development of a child's immune system. From physiological point of view, post op recovery time is shorter than that of C-section, and the mother can hold and breastfeed the baby soon after the delivery. And from the psychological point of view the mother feels empowered and overwhelmed knowing that she has participated actively in her child's birth.

Two most common methods of normal delivery are by using forceps or vacuum extraction. The decision is made by the Doctor depending upon the case. The only cons of this process is that sometimes the child may get harmed due to the application of forceps or vacuum, but cases like these are rare if the process is performed by a skilled surgeon.

In most of the cases, Surgeons suggest C-section only when one or the other kind of risk is involved in child birth. Although nowadays females opt for this voluntarily as it is comparatively pain free and less time taking. Definitely the labor time and the pain can be avoided by this method but it increases the chances of infections and increased time in recovery.

This is the whole C-section procedure in nut shell.

Both the methods are very different from each other, and both of them have their own share of pros and cons the bottom line of the story is to ensure the safety and health of the baby. Every case and every patient is different, so the ultimate aim of the surgeon is to ensure a safe delivery of the child while keeping the best interest of mother in mind.
